Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

For the very first Module of the course: After the last date of admission, we count the numbers and send it to the press for an exact number of copies. The First week of every course is spent on Induction. In that week itself we dispatch the Modules so that students can get those by next Monday when the classes start as per schedule.
For subsequent modules, the same process is followed. Exact number of copies are printed.

Hence, don't expect the order to be processed 1-2 business days. If the payment is not received within the due date, processing times will definitely be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:

We ship through different courier partners. By hand collection of Modules are strictly not allowed. Accommodating individual preferences for choosing courier brands is not possible. Standard Shipping time: 1-5 business days for delivery depending upon the distance from the origin (Kolkata).

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, courier partner, and your delivery address. The most economical courier is chosen. Shipping costs are to be borne by the students.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Delivery Responsibility:

We partner with reputable couriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your Study Materials. However, please note that once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

Delivery Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided, is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Multiple Shipments:

If a student is in two different courses (say Integrated and Optional Course) and the study material is being sent at a time, there will be two different packages. Clubbing the shipments into one is not possible.

Returns and Exchanges:

If wrong or damaged Study Material is sent, it is exchanged. Return of study material and refund thereof, not possible.
